Let the Fun Begin!

Having recently graduated at BYU and awaiting our departure to Texas, Blakely and I have found ourselves with more free time than we have had in our entire lives! Celebrating this new found freedom we are trying to squeeze as much fun out of this summer as possible.

Our summer fun began with a camping/hiking adventure in Zion National Park.

Day 1-  Subway: Because of the high waters levels, we were only able to get a permit to hike from the bottom up part way  but Blakely and I loved  scrambling along the river bank up to the Subway formation. I only fell chest deep into the chilly 46 degree water twice!

Day 2: Small Hikes/Walks to Emerald \Pools, Weeping Rock, and Entrance to the Narrows
                                                           Bottom of Emerald Pools

                                                     Top of the Emerald Pools

                                                                   Narrows

Day 3: Angels Landing
